The "Drug Resistance Analysis" module can be used to query mRNA/proteins obtained from HNC patient or cell line samples to estimate the possibility of drug resistance based on the existence of drug resistance associated signature molecules. Users can input a list of differentially expressed (Up-regulated or down-regulated) mRNAs/proteins into the database, and the genes will be mapped to experimentaly known drug resistance conditions. Based on the presence of drug resistance signature molecules, it will display the drugs to which patients or cells are more or less likely to be resistant.
